A brief summary of the tasks are below:

  • Receiving incoming client calls in a friendly manner

  • Assist in processing new client applications as needed

  • Input prospects to database

  • Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing and transferring of accounts)

  • Manage advisors calendar

  • Set appointments, reschedule appointments

  • Order office supplies and process expenses

  • Keep CRM updated with client interaction

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

  • Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and desire to go above and beyond.
